Lo vivimos con alegría y con mucho cariño. Nuestra participación en la primera edición de la Font Experiències de Sagra nos tocó el corazón. En El Marino Dénia siempre hemos apostado por la comarca y por llevar la gastronomía hasta el último rincón de la Marina Alta si hace falta. Así que el evento gastronómico y cultural de Sagra fue un nuevo ejemplo del compromiso que tenemos por compartir lo que hemos aprendido como restaurante en estos 70 años de historia.
En Sagra nos decantamos por cocinar y explicar al público como preparamos el gazpacho marinero. Bati Bordes (El Marino Rotes) detalló todo el proceso ante la atenta mirada de los vecinos. Para nosotros, repetimos, fue una satisfacción pasar este rato en el corazón de la Rectoria, esa subcomarca tan bella que tenemos a la sombra de las sierras de Segària y del Migdia.
